Organization Summary
| Mission Statement: |
To assist disadvantaged high risk youth to avoid negative lifestyles, and further excel to their maximum potential. |

| Target Population: |
Youth ages 6 to 21 years of age who are exposed to cycles of high risk factors such as juvenile delinquency, low school attainment, teen parenthood, gang violence, substance abuse, and poverty income level or low economic status. |

| Prevention: |
Services that provide alternatives such as; instruction in computer use and technology, literacy tutorial support, indoor and outdoor sports, performing arts, graphic arts, educational & vocational assistance, and support counseling. |

| Early Intervention: |
Services that provide guidance such as; medium term case management, individual & group counseling, guided peer interaction, referrals, family involvement, and cultural/recreational activities. |
|
| Juvenile Diversion: |
Services that address juvenile delinquency such as, short term case management, individual and group counseling, advocacy with schools and the juvenile justice system, community service projects, juvenile court restitution, and parental guidance & support. |

| Crisis Intervention: |
Program site based and outreach services in rival rumor control, client relocation, student altercations, suicide threats, street gang violence, and domestic violence. |

| Gang Intervention: |
Services are provided throughout long term case management placements including; individual and group guidance sessions at regular public & juvenile probations schools, including 24 hour detention schools, client house arrest visits, advocacy with schools and juvenile court, vocational and educational support. |
|
| Scholarships: |
Educational and Vocational assistance is provided to youth that are pursuing vocational training or higher education including, tuition, books, transportation, and clothing. |

| Client Assistance: |
Meeting emergency needs such as food, medical, legal, shelter, and protection. |
